25 questions and answers across five categories.
Withdrawal Questions
After you submit a withdrawal request, our team reviews it first. This process usually takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. If your account verification (KYC) is incomplete or the bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the request may stay pending. If the issue is not resolved within that time, contact us via live chat.
Yes, but you must meet the bonus wagering requirement first. For ci999's welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, to withdraw from a ৳1,500 bonus, you need to complete ৳37,500 in bets. Once the requirement is met, your withdrawal request will be processed normally.
No. For security reasons, ci999 only processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket numbers and bank accounts registered in the player's own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not made. Make sure the account name and payment number match.
ci999 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At night, on Fridays, or on public holidays, the standard processing time still stays within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, bank transfers may occasionally experience minor delays due to payment network issues.
The minimum withdrawal amount at ci999 is ৳500. This applies to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. If your balance is below ৳500, the withdrawal request will not be accepted, so it is best to keep playing until you reach that amount.
Live Casino
ci999 offers live tables with different limits — from low-limit tables for new players to high-limit tables for experienced ones. The minimum and maximum bet amounts are shown on screen before you enter any table, making it easy to choose one that fits your budget.
Teen Patti is a three-card game — each player bets based on the strength of their hand against the dealer's hand. Andar Bahar is simpler: the dealer reveals one card and you guess whether the matching card will land on "Andar" (left side) or "Bahar" (right side). Both games are familiar and great for getting started.
Live dealer games are broadcast in real time via camera from an actual studio. On your screen you see a real dealer dealing cards or spinning a roulette wheel. You place bets from your own device and results are reflected in your account instantly. It is an immersive and transparent experience.
Yes. ci999's live casino is fully optimized for mobile browsers. The live stream runs smoothly on any modern smartphone, whether Android or iOS. Bet buttons and stats on screen are kept large for easy tapping. Keep a stable internet connection for the best experience.
The roulette wheel has numbers from 0 to 36. You can bet on a specific number, or place group bets such as red/black, odd/even, and high/low numbers. Group bets have a higher chance of winning but pay out less. After bets are placed, the dealer spins the wheel and the number where the ball lands determines the result.
Bonus Terms
You can request to cancel a bonus after it is activated, but doing so will remove the bonus and any winnings earned from it. Only the balance from your own deposited funds will remain. Consider the consequences of cancelling a bonus before deciding, and if in doubt, ask via live chat.
At ci999, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. The welcome bonus wagering requirement is 25x. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets. After that you can withdraw.
Slot games generally contribute 100% to wagering. Live casino, carrom, and some table games may contribute partially. Sports betting participation also counts, though conditions may apply. Check the terms and conditions page or speak with the support team to find out the exact contribution for a specific game.
To get ci999's welcome bonus, make your first deposit of at least ৳500 after creating your account. You will receive a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. The bonus is added automatically; no code needed.
Yes, every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. So keep the expiry date in mind when claiming a bonus and start playing in time. The exact time limits are stated in the terms and conditions.
Cricket & Sports Betting
Yes. ci999 offers live in-play betting, where you can place bets while a match is ongoing. Odds shift as the situation changes over by over. You can spot opportunities in specific bowling or batting situations and bet accordingly, which makes it much more exciting than standard pre-match betting.
Yes. With an accumulator or "parlay" bet, you can combine multiple events into a single bet. If every selection wins, the odds multiply and the payout can increase many times over. However, if any one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. This type of bet should be placed with a clear understanding of the risk and reward.
If a match is washed out by rain or officially declared a no result, the bet amount is generally refunded. If the result is determined by the D/L method, the bet is settled on that result. In an accumulator, a no-result event is typically removed and the remaining odds are recalculated. See ci999's terms and conditions for detailed settlement rules.
ci999 has betting markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and various formats of international cricket. You can also bet on football, kabaddi, and other sports. For each match, various markets are available including match winner, top scorer, and over/under.
Decimal odds are straightforward — for example, 2.50 means you get a total return of ৳250 for every ৳100 bet (i.e., a profit of ৳150). The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning but the bigger the reward. Calculation: bet amount × odds = total return. In a hypothetical example like Bangladesh vs India, if Bangladesh's odds are 3.50, a winning ৳1,000 bet returns ৳3,500.
Mobile Use
On Android, open ci999.bar in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu at the top, and select "Add to Home screen". On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the Share button, and choose "Add to Home Screen". A shortcut to ci999 will then appear on your home screen and work just like an app.

If the connection is lost, the outcome of any active bet is determined by the server and you will see the result once you reconnect. In slots or casino games, spins or hands are recorded on the server so no bet is lost. In live sports betting, event results are settled based on official data.
ci999 is a fully mobile-first web platform. You get all features right in the browser — no separate app download needed. Adding a shortcut to your home screen gives you an app-like experience, without the browser's address bar. It also saves phone storage and removes the hassle of separate updates.
