Welcome to the ci999 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ci999 and you. By accessing this website or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms described below.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and enjoy services at ci999, each member must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Only individuals aged 21 and above may register on this platform.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

The information you provide when registering at ci999 must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of your balance.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a secure environment, ci999 may request identity verification documents at any time. Documents that are typically required include a national ID card, passport, bank statement, or similar government-issued document. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

• Each member's account is entirely personal and cannot be transferred.
• Playing using another person's account, or allowing another person to use yours, is prohibited.
• For inactive accounts, ci999 may apply an administrative fee or close the account after a specified period.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are currently active at ci999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposited funds apply only to the account from which they were sent.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If the required reference or remarks are not filled in correctly at the time of deposit, processing may be delayed.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after approval. However, this time may increase if KYC verification is incomplete or if there is suspicious activity on the account.

• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever possible.
• Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins, but once processing has started it can no longer be changed.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ci999 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Each bonus comes with a 25x wagering requirement. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must place a total of ৳37,500 in wagers (৳1,500 × 25) before withdrawing winnings from that bonus.

• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time after the bonus is activated; the time limit will be stated in the bonus offer.
• Some games may not contribute fully toward wagering calculations; details will be listed on the relevant bonus page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer explicitly permits it.
• If ci999 determines that an account was created for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, the bonuses and winnings from that account may be cancelled.

Gameplay Rules

5.1 Fair Play

• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in games or systems to gain funds is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events, it may not be possible to cancel or change a bet after the event has started, though the rules of the relevant section will apply. Always check the applicable rules before placing a bet.

All members of ci999 are required to follow the code of conduct below:

• Treat other members with respect. The use of obscene, harassing, or aggressive language is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, match-fixing, collusion, or use of bots is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to hack the system or gain unauthorized access may result in legal action.

• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using any software or technique will result in the permanent closure of the account.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time. In that case, the available balance will be paid out once pending bets are settled and wagering requirements have been met.

Liability Limits

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues with your device.
• Issues arising from third-party server or network failures.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected server maintenance or upgrades.
• Account misuse due to your own negligence or by an authorized third party.
